Information we collect

When you submit the campaign involvement form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code, campaign interest, and whether you chose to receive recurring campaign email. We also record the date of your submission and limited referral information used to understand how people found the campaign.

How we use it

• To respond to volunteer, yard-sign, event, and campaign requests.
• To use a provided phone number to respond to your request.
• To send campaign email only when the separate email choice is selected.
• To organize campaign outreach and understand community interest.
• To protect the form from abuse and maintain reliable campaign records.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in the campaign's database and may be copied to a campaign Google Sheet for authorized staff use. Hosting, database, and Google Workspace providers process this information on the campaign's behalf. The campaign does not sell or rent personal information.

Your choices

The recurring-email box is optional and is not selected by default. Providing a phone number through this form does not enroll you in recurring text messages. Campaign email will include instructions for unsubscribing. You may also reply to a campaign message to request that your information be corrected or removed, subject to records the campaign must keep for legal or operational reasons.
